3BB Contracting is a 100% Indigenous-owned and operated company under the Barada Barna Aboriginal Corporation (BBAC). Governed by traditional owners, we possess extensive knowledge of the land, cultural heritage, and the traditional owner community across our country. At 3BB Contracting, our purpose is to build capability and provide mutually beneficial services within the communities where we operate, creating opportunities such as employment, training, education, and contracts for our people and local businesses.
3BB Contracting specialises in providing cultural heritage management, environmental rehabilitation, and general mining and earthworks services to the resources sector. We have the capability to perform all works associated with earthworks and progressive rehabilitation, including the early stages of mine exploration and development, the operational phase, and the closure of mature sites. Our expertise in rehabilitation covers all aspects, from the initial technical assessment of soil, vegetation, waste, water, and contaminants before any disturbance, through to construction, maintenance, monitoring, and governance of rehabilitated and contaminated sites.

With plans to specialise in the collection, propagation, and supply of high-quality native seeds, we support the restoration of the natural landscapes, land rehabilitation, and sustainable agriculture. We pride ourselves on our commitment to biodiversity, environmental sustainability, and providing the highest standards of seed quality to our clients.
We supply native seeds to land restoration projects, conservation initiatives, and mining enterprises throughout Central Queensland, prioritising ecological balance and sustainability. In collaboration with land management programs, we work to restore and protect native plant species and preserve traditional landscapes.
